My career, managed like a product.
Customer Success Manager for municipal software. At work, I turn customer calls into tickets that the product team ships. On the side, I build and ship my own products. Next milestone: a Product Manager or APM role.

Shipped from my tickets
I don't write the code at work. I turn what customers tell me into tickets, sometimes with how I think it should work. The product manager scopes them and the product team builds them. These are fixes and features that started as one of my tickets.

| CUSTOMER PROBLEM | WHAT MY TICKET ASKED FOR | SHIPPED | STATUS |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clients loading years of repair history often logged a repair with the wrong date, and there was no way to correct it, so pavement condition (PCI) history came out wrong. | A way to change a repair date after it is logged, with how I expected it to behave and edge-case test scenarios. | Q2 2026 | shipped |
| The new AI search matched street names letter for letter, so “main st” missed “Main St” and quietly returned incomplete answers. | Found while testing the AI search with 19 plain-English queries; reported it and suggested case-insensitive matching. | Q2 2026 | shipped |
| One contractor invoice often covers work on several street segments, and there was no way to split that cost across them. | A way to log one project cost and split it across the segments, with a suggested way to allocate it. | Q3 2026 | shipped |
| On the mobile app, typing an address forced a jump to the map, and the auto-placed pin often landed in the wrong spot, adding a correction step to every field work order. | Reported the gap between mobile and desktop address entry. | Q2 2026 | shipped |
| Selecting an area with the lasso tool didn’t update the summary metrics. | Asked for lasso selections to update the metrics too. | Q3 2026 | shipped |
| The radius filter picked up work orders outside the chosen range. | Reported it, found during proximity testing. | Q2 2026 | shipped |
